can you please help me and explain what i did wrong and why is the bot backing u 0.5 instead of o 0.5?

You set strategy to use "Bet type by FAVORITE position" so you are betting on favorite, not RUNNER by position. You need to remove that rule and to sue "Bet type by RUNNER position", like explained in following help article:

Also your strategy is extremely dangerous as it does not have Overrounds, Back/Lay Ratio, Min/max selection price rules, so it could be placing bets at odds of 1.01 or 1,000.

Also i there a way to place multiple bets at an interval of 10-15 min ? on the same market

You will need to create separate strategy for that, it cannot be done in single strategy.

Difference of Shots On Target between

teams in the past 15 minutes ≥ 2

and

Difference of Shots Off Target between

It is not possible to send alerts from Telegram to the bot.
