Tips CSV loading correctly but all times displaying 1 hour ahead in the tips window since 1st June. Times in the CSV file are correct BST times. Was working fine on 30th and 31st May with identical file format. Any known issues or fixes? This is causing the bot to not fire any bets. I've tried uploading the tips with the time set 1 hr behind which then displays the correct time in the tips window but still doesnt trigger the bets.

You should check your computer time, make sure it is correctly set for selected timezone and check your daylight savings settings. If you are importing BST as start time then your computer time must be too set to BST.

Then exit software and start it again.

Start time is not required column in tips file. It can be removed from tips file if you have other information that can identify the tip e.g. market type etc.

If you keep having problems then please send us tips file, screenshots of imported tips, exported strategy, screenshot of main MARKETS grid view showing loaded markets.

Thanks for the response. I already reviewed the time settings on my laptop and they are correct but I synced everything anyway and closed bot manager down and restarted and the same thing happened. I've amended my tips file to remove the start time column so will see if that works. Having said that, I uploaded the same format 2 previous days and it worked fine. I've attached both my old upload file and my amended one. Thanks
