Won a Lay bet and got a loss result

I do not get it.

Bot placed a Lay bet on the draw at 4.7, the match ended up at 0-1, I then should have won £1 but got -3.70!

Sorry but i do not get it.

Please look carefully at your screenshot.

That is a Lay bet at Deportivo Moron who won that match, so your Lay bet on them lost.

You have 2 bets on 2 different selections, Lay the draw won and Lay the Deportivo Moron lost as they won the match.

OK. I read what you said.

But this is why I am baffled because I set up to Lay the runner in 3 position only so why bet against one of the 2 teams?
