Hello,

I would like to know what could be the reason why the BOT in the "BETS" tab does not settle bets?

It's 12 o'clock, and matches played at midnight or later haven't been settled yet. I have recovery enabled, and the bot can't change the stake to meet this condition - I restarted the program, but it didn't help.

However, in the STRATEGY itself, bets are settled (see 3 attachments).

If you exit software, then bot will not be able to settle placed simulated bets as it will lose information about market/selections. Also market must not be removed from the main MARKETS grid view, otherwise bot will not be able to get result and settle simulated bets.

If you are loading large number of markets then it can take some time after market is closed for bets to be settled in simulation mode.

Real bets are all settled by Betfair, but market must be loaded to the main MARKETS grid view, otherwise bot will not monitor it and it might not download settled bets information for it.

These attached screenshots are up to date—I noticed the issue yesterday (there was a restart yesterday). I haven’t restarted the program since midnight. Besides, there have only been 20 matches since midnight (I have 50 simple scenarios running).

For bet that is not settled, find its market at main MARKETS grid view and open its selections/bets tab. Then save screenshots of that market and of its bets tab showing bets, also save screenshot of BETS history for that bet (make sure you display Bet Id column too!).

Then save log file as txt file and email it all to us to check it. You can use Contact form to email us those files if you like.
