Hi

Has anyone managed to get these filters working. I want to bet on Class 1-4 , non-aw races only. So I have allow class 1 to 4 ticked under the racing class filter and disallow betting when horse track condition is slow, standard , standardtofast & standardtoslow. However, nothing ever fires.

I know a third party provided these details or is it no longer an option?

This information is displayed at main MARKETS grid view. Have you checked market name to see if it is available for races at which you wish to bet on?

If you keep having problems then please export your strategy, save screenshots of MARKETS grid view and send it to us to check it. Thanks.

It is UK racing and I can see the info for previous races but nothing is showing for today. What I did was duplicated the a strategy I wanted to test on , added the two filters to these. The original strategy works as normal but the one with the extra added filters hasn't fired. The original has had class 1-4 races , so it not as if the only races I've wanted to use so far with the new strategy have been class 5-7 races.

This information gets displayed when software starts monitoring market, downloading prices for it. Or if you open market selections view manually, then you will see that market name gets updated. That is just user interface delay, information is available to the bot.

If your strategy is not placing bets then post it here and we will check its settings.
