Hello,

Is it possible to configure one strategy to not bet in one market if othet strategy has already bet in this market?
For example.
Strategy one ( Lay 0x1 Brazil vs England) has one bet.
Strategy two (Lay 1x0 Brazil vs England) can not bet because there is already one bet in the same market.

Sure, you can use "Market conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" rule to check if another strategy has or does not have bets on the same event or market.

Add it to both strategies, so that they check each other for matched and unmatched bets.

Yes, but please set it to check Matched and Unmatched, not just Matched bets.
