BF Bot Manager not displaying Data

HI,
I am wondering what is going on.
As you can see on the screen shot attached, the football macth has started 1/2 ago and no Live Score, and not Time is displayed on the bot Market tab. This is not the first time I see this.
Can you explain why?

Hi Roland,
Football historical results, live sore and live in play statistics are NOT provided by Betfair. They are provided by third party service to which we have subscription.
Data is available for more than 90% of matches, but for friendly, lower league or unpopular competitions data might not be available.
At your strategy you can use "Market conditions->Only if live scores are available" rule so that strategy only bets on matches for which live score data is available.

Thank you for the datum but i cannot find "Market conditions->Only if live scores are available"!!!
I have 5 rules on Market conditions and I cannot find this one!!
