Over/Under goal in play strategy

Hi,
I read the guide but can't find/understand what I need to build.
I want a football strategy to implement which should bet it's first bet at 80 minute at certain over/under goal price and then want to keep betting in play until match finishes say every 4 minutes. I had implemented the first part where it bets at 80 minute but now want to add another condition to keep betting say every 4 minutes like £1 at 84 minute, £1 at 88, then £1 at 92 minutes and son on on the same over/under goal market which is next available. Kindly, help me with the strategy.
