Bet when 2 strategies pick the same horse ?

Is it possible to have a strategy that places a bet on a horse when 2 or more other selected strategies pick the same horse ?
There is no rule to check number of other strategies that placed bet on that selection.
But you can use "Selection conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" rule to check if other strategies have matched/unmatched bets on that horse.
