Filtering Out Qualifying Matches - Tennis

Hey everyone, just wondered if someone had any thoughts on a couple of questions/issues I have...

1: Got some bots on the tennis, all working pretty good, apart from I want to ignore the Qualifying Matches, I have added these to the Markets Filter and Selections Filter, see screen snips...It works fine for picking out things like WTA or ITF or Challenger etc etc and I have been fine with filtering out doubles matches using / and tried out using Doubles in the list to see if this has any effect also...but cant seem to get the bots to ignore the Qualifying Matches.

2: Periodically, the bots just stop betting, not sure why, nothing apparent at this point (will be investigating a bit more when I get more time, I did think it was when the markets where updating/re-loading but not sure) and if I stop the bots and restart they sometimes start up again, but usually I have to close the app and restart it and then it all comes back to life and starts betting again, even on the selections it would not bet on before the restart...Any thoughts on what to look out for would be most welcome...

Regards

MrBee

To prevent betting on markets you can use "Market conditions->Markets filter" rule, set it not to allow betting on markets whose name contains specific text. To check what market text contains you should look at main MARKETS grid view "Event/market" column.

In most cases this does not contain qualifying, doubles or similar text, so you will not be able to use that to filter out such markets.

If you keep having problems with bots not betting, then check their Reports tab to see which rule is preventing bet placement. See which rule is preventing bet placement and then adjust settings. Check main MARKETS grid view to ensure that there are markets at that time and that they are monitored. If you are unable to solve the problem, then save screenshots of everything, save log file, screenshot of "API requests report" form and send it all to us by using Contact form to check it for you:

I have already added it to the market conditions see screen snip...

The issue is not per se the bots not betting, because they were/are fine for the most part, then something has happened, do not know what yet, and they stop...they try but one of the messages I see is No Selections Satisfy Your Conditions etc . . . .And yet, if I restart the app, it places the bets...on the exact same selection...very odd indeed.

I cannot see anything on the market info, and this may be the issue I spose...

See screen snips...Qualifying match, the bot has placed bets on...

If you keep having those problems then please use contact form and send us exported strategy, log file, screenshots of MARKETS grid view showing loaded markets and mark markets at which bot is not placing bet so that we can check it. Thanks.
