Hi,

I'm a little confused how important the rule ordering is in the After Bet Rules tab.

I'm trialling a scalping strategy and after the initial bet is placed, I want the three following after bet rules to be triggered:
1. Cancel the initial bet if it is not matched after n seconds
2. If the initial bet is matched, place a Trade Out bet
3. Hedge n seconds before start time of race (in case the Trade Out bet is unmatched at this time)

I thought the ordering wouldn't matter here, but today I had a condition that should have hedged but it didn't - the trade out bet lapsed.

Any suggestions with ordering here would be appreciated.

All rules execute from top to bottom. You should move hedge to the first place, then trade out and finally cancel bet rule. Then try again.

If you keep having problems then you might need to adjust individual rule settings.

Hi, I have tried the hedge rule in a variety of places and none of them seem to be working. If I dm you my settings would you mind taking a look to see what I'm doing wrong please?

Hi, I have the same issue
I reordered according to the instructions however this resulted in the trade out bet not being placed

Please provide screenshots of your rules and of placed bets to check it.
