Sound Alert - Can't make it work

Hi,
I have checked the "Play Sound when Bet is Placed" box, but I can't get any sound. Volume is up, and everything else is working.
Can you help me?

Hi Luca,
Sound should be played when bet is placed. It is "Exclamation" sound from Windows sounds list. See attached screenshot.
If you continue to have problems then please send me log file and I will check it.

thanks for the reply.
My Windows version is in Italian and Windows system sounds have Italian names. I am just guessing, but maybe the software can't find the Exclamation sound because it has a different name in Italian.

That should not be the problem because name is not hard corded as text in code.

sorry to bother you again but the sound alert still doesn't work. If you tell me where to, I will send you today's log file... in the meantime this is a screenshot of it.

There is no error in log file, so it is something specific at your PC.
