What should the CSV list of championships to be included on the screen below look like?
For example: Bundesliga Germany, Bundesliga 2 Germany, premier league, Bundesliga Autria.

This is "Markets filter", not competitions filter. You cannot use competition names here.

Please use "Market conditions->Competitions filter" rule.

What should the CSV list of championships to be included on the screen Competitions filter look like?
For example: Bundesliga Germany, Bundesliga 2 Germany, premier league, Bundesliga Autria.

It must contain same values that appear in Betfair competition names. But it is better that you pick competitions from the list instead of manually typing them in.
