Hello everyone,

I'm a new member of this forum and I'm currently developing a strategy using automation with a CSV URL in Google Sheets, for market Over 1,5 Ft.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to place bets using my strategy to manage tips effectively.
I've attached a screenshot showing my strategy and the tips I'm working with.

Could you please help me identify where I might be going wrong?

Please display columns for Event ID, Market ID and Selection ID, so that we can check if your imported tips are connected to Betfair selections correctly.

You can use example strategy that is set to bet on all imported tips, then try it out in simulation mode.

This is the window with the ...Id.

Those tips are not connected to Betfair over/under selections as all ID columns are empty.

Did you auto load over/under markets for those tips to the main MARKETS grid view?

If you did, then some of your tip data is different than Betfair data.

hanks for your suggestion. I corrected the Google Sheet afterwards, and it worked very well. Starting today, the "Autoload Tips" feature no longer works via the URL, but only through the CSV import file. Do you have any suggestions on how to identify the mistake?

Please email us log file and screenshots of your tips import settings to check them. Also email us Google spreadsheet URl that you used to import tips to check it works.

The URL started working again in google sheet! ASAP I send you the email log. In the screenshot you can see my export CSV.
